The Villa is a detached property situated within spacious grounds. It ha an open aspect commanding spectacular views of the Canigou mountain and the surrounding wooded hills. On entering the villa you walk into a large open-plan area complete with wood burning stove, electric wall heaters. Windows on one wall look out towards the Canigou Mountain, French Windows on the opposite wall. From this room you can enter the kitchen area equipped with 4-ring ceramic hob and cooker hood, oven, fridge, dishwasher. On the same floor is the double bedroom and bathroom which has sunken bath with shower and toilet. Floor is tiled throughout. The second bedroom is accessed by a small stairway leading to a spacious, room.The French Windows lead to an attractive tiled terrace and barbeque area. Also within the spacious grounds is an area for Boules, one of France's favourite sports. This may be illuminated for the evening. You will find that every village here has a Boules area for the locals to enjoy! There is also a large flat grassed area for outdoor games.
